PYROMAT DYN - the bivalent boiler

A step ahead at firing furnaces.
KÖB heating systems were specially developed to burn wood. Their technological lead is unsurpassed. They are far superior to conventional heating systems with regard to economic efficiency, operating safety and user-friendliness.

Automatic comfort.
Modern KÖB automatic heating systems satisfy the highest of standards. All the operating phases are continuously monitored by microprocessors and controlled fully automatically. Thanks to the use of very modern technologies, maximum comfort and reliability can be guaranteed even for continuous operation.

Reliable and independent.
The PYROMAT® DYN converts any form of wood fuel into thermal energy, doing so in an optimum fashion. Be it wood processed by machine, such as forest wood chips or pellets, or pieces of wood that happen to be available.

Automatic ignition system.
The ignition is carried out automatically by an ignition blower. In combination with a storage system, this allows perfect low-load regulation (utility water operation in summer).

Self-cleaning system.
The vertical heat exchanger surfaces are constantly cleaned by coil springs moved by a motor. The drive mechanism is situated at the bottom in the protected, cold flow of gas. These springs can be simply taken off from the top for annual cleaning by the chimneysweep.

High efficiency.
The extraordinarily high degree of efficiency of the PYROMAT® DYN is based on its long burn-out route plus optimum heat transfer provided by self-cleaning burner flues and utilisation of residual heat in the ashes.

Front combustion chamber
In normal operation the ash is automatically taken from the main combustion chamber into the front combustion chamber to burn out completely.

Operation with pieces of wood.
The large firebox above the combustion chamber allows optimum operation with pieces of wood. (See separate brochure for ECO-function.) The changeover is carried out simply by pushbutton with the changeover of the air valve function (patented).
